Blomqvist Screener

Privacy policy

Last updated 4 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data Blomqvist Screener handles, why, and what rights you have. It applies to the website, your account and the emails we send.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Melker Blomqvist, Entrepreneur individuel (EI), micro-entrepreneur, trading as Blomqvist Enterprise, 73 avenue du 3 Septembre, 06320 Cap-d’Ail, France. You can reach us about anything in this policy at help.blomqvistscreener@gmail.com.

Data about you as a user

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share what you search for with anyone.

Data about companies in the screener

The screener contains information about companies from public registers: Companies House, Bolagsverket and Statistics Sweden, and INSEE’s Sirene register. It covers limited companies and similar legal entities, not sole traders, and we do not store the names of directors or shareholders. Where a company’s name or address still relates to an identifiable person, we process it on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a business research tool, using only data the registers publish for reuse. French entities that have opted out of publication in Sirene are excluded. If you believe information about you is included, write to us and we will review it and, where appropriate, remove it.
